Job description
Faure Vercors, a subsidiary of Groupe Faure Transport specializing in passenger transport, is recruiting a Facilities Maintenance Technician on a full-time fixed-term contract (CDD), based in Sassenage (38).
Reporting to Faure Vercors, you will handle the servicing and maintenance of facilities, premises, and outdoor areas across the company's various sites.
Your duties
- Carry out the maintenance of green spaces and outdoor areas.
- Perform painting, general handywork, and minor maintenance tasks.
- Carry out minor plumbing repairs and work on sanitary installations.
- Perform fencing and welding work.
- Work on electrical and heating systems.
- Identify breakdowns and malfunctions on equipment: lighting, heating, plumbing fixtures, etc.
- Carry out minor repairs and proceed with the replacement of equipment and installations when necessary.
- Ensure the routine maintenance of premises, offices, and facilities across Faure Vercors' various sites.
Candidate profile
You are versatile, hands-on, and proficient with maintenance and repair tasks.
You have:
- knowledge of electrical and heating systems (preferred);
- skills in handywork, minor plumbing, and general maintenance tasks;
- the ability to work on various types of installations and equipment;
- a valid category B driving license (essential) for travel between sites.
Beginner profiles are accepted.
Compensation and benefits
- Fixed-term contract (CDD) replacing sick leave, tacitly renewed for the duration of the leave;
- full-time – 35 hours/week;
- compensation of €1,900 gross/month;
