Concrete actions for more sustainable transport:
A fleet in transition
Today, 50% of our fleet consists of Euro 6 vehicles. We are developing alternatives to fossil fuels through Oleo100 and HVO biofuels, natural gas, and electric power.
In 2025, consuming 44,700 liters of Oleo100 avoided approximately 87.84 metric tons of CO₂. More than 45,000 km were also traveled using electric vehicles.
Promoting eco-driving
Mandatory eco-driving sessions raise our drivers' awareness of smoother, more fuel-efficient driving. Monitoring fuel consumption via software alerts helps identify overconsumption and target training sessions.
We also optimize routes and reduce deadhead kilometers using our scheduling tools.
Developing renewable energy
More than 1 GWh of renewable energy was consumed within the Group, primarily through the rollout of alternative fuels and biofuels (Oleo100, HVO) across our fleet.
Across our sites, we are improving energy efficiency through the gradual installation of LED lighting, upgraded building insulation, and process optimization. Solar shade canopy projects are also currently under review.
Preserving resources and recovering waste
We recover our waste as part of a circular economy approach. Through our partnership with Michelin, tire monitoring and retreading avoid approximately 50.8 metric tons of CO₂ per year. Each year, more than 80 metric tons of maintenance facility waste are sorted and handed over to certified, specialized recycling channels.
We are also expanding the sorting and collection of our office waste, while continuing the digitization of our processes, with the target of cutting our paper consumption by 25% by 2030.
Optimizing our water consumption
Several of our automated wash bays are supplied by underground rainwater harvesting tanks. This solution enables the use of 100% rainwater for vehicle washing, with a consumption of approximately 200 liters of water per wash.
Placing people at the heart of our commitments
Developing skills
We support our employees throughout their careers through training tailored to transport professions.
Fostering inclusion and equality
We actively champion an inclusive HR policy through job integration initiatives, job retention support alongside AGEFIPH, and the promotion of gender equality.
Supporting our employees
We provide 24/7 psychological support and encourage internal mobility across the group.
An approach that progresses over time
Our commitment is rooted in continuous improvement. In 2026, Faure Transport achieved a score of 75/100 in the EcoVadis assessment, which evaluates environment, human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.
Moving forward, we are continuing our efforts to reduce emissions, advance the energy transition, and responsibly manage resources, targeting a 15% reduction in CO₂ emissions by 2029.
