Faure Auvergne, a subsidiary of Groupe Faure Transport specialising in passenger transport, is hiring an Operations Agent / Scheduling Agent to strengthen its teams based in Vic-le-Comte (63).

Your duties
- Prepare and manage driver schedules
- Monitor and coordinate vehicle and driver assignments
- Handle calls and requests from drivers
- Organise and plan vehicle fleet movements
- Ensure daily monitoring of vehicle downtime and availability
- Issue route sheets for all drivers
- Ensure the monitoring and control of the vehicle fleet
- Oversee transport operations and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Assist in handling unforeseen situations and ensure service continuity
- Ensure compliance with European social regulations (RSE)
Candidate profile
You hold:
- Two-year post-secondary degree (Bac+2) or equivalent in management or transport
- A category B driving licence
A category D driving licence and up-to-date mandatory driving documents are appreciated. Otherwise, training may be funded and covered by the company.
Knowledge of passenger transport and European social regulations (RSE) would be a real asset.
Beginner profiles are accepted.
Compensation and benefits
- Full-time permanent contract (CDI) – 39 hours/week
- Gross salary without Category D licence: €1,950 + overtime + on-call duty (once fully proficient): €2,362.84; with Category D licence: €2,393.84
- Salary progression upon achieving full proficiency in the role
- On-call duty approximately once a month, with an on-call bonus of €134.35
