Autocars Faure, a subsidiary of the Faure Transport Group specialising in passenger transport, is hiring a heavy goods vehicle and light vehicle mechanic to strengthen its teams based in Le Pont-de-Beauvoisin (38).

Your duties
- Carry out routine servicing and maintenance on coaches
- Working on gearboxes, clutches, engines, and suspension systems
- Inspecting, maintaining, testing, and adjusting various mechanical components of coaches
- Diagnosing potential malfunctions and determining appropriate technical solutions
- Performing repair and overhaul operations on vehicles and their equipment
- Carrying out routine servicing and maintenance operations
- Performing minor mechanical tasks to support the workshop
- Performing oil changes, tire services, and lubrication as required
- Ensuring routine maintenance of light vehicles
- Applying maintenance procedures and safety guidelines
- Ensuring equipment and the workspace are kept clean and in proper working order
Candidate profile
You hold:
- a CAP, BEP, or equivalent vocational qualification in automotive mechanics;
- a valid category B driving licence.
You have at least 1 year of experience in mechanics, along with sound knowledge of heavy vehicle and light vehicle mechanics.
In particular, you are proficient in:
- vehicle maintenance procedures;
- rapid repair techniques;
- diagnostics and the servicing/repair of vehicles and their equipment.
If you do not yet hold a category D driving license and/or the FIMO Voyageurs qualification, training may be funded by the company depending on your profile.
Compensation and benefits
- Full-time permanent contract (CDI) – 39 hrs/week;
- 17.33 hours of overtime, bringing remuneration to €2,628.49 gross/month;
