Autocars Faure, a subsidiary of the Faure Transport Group specialising in passenger transport, is hiring a heavy goods vehicle and light vehicle electromechanic to strengthen its teams based in La Tour-du-Pin (38).

Your duties
- Carrying out routine maintenance and servicing of coaches and depot vehicles
- Checking, maintaining, testing, and adjusting the various mechanical and electronic components of coaches
- Working on gearboxes, clutches, engines, and suspension systems
- Identifying defective parts and components
- Performing the necessary diagnostic and control operations
- Ensuring the proper operation of vehicle equipment and installations
- Checking equipment compliance in accordance with applicable safety standards
- Performing minor mechanical tasks to support the workshop
- Carrying out oil changes, tire fitting, and lubrication as needed
- Maintaining the cleanliness and good working order of equipment and the workspace
- Complying with safety regulations and company maintenance procedures
Candidate profile
You hold:
- a CAP, BEP, or equivalent vocational qualification in automotive mechanics;
- Training or skills in electromechanics;
- a valid category B driving licence.
At least 2 years of experience in the field of mechanics is required.
You have knowledge in:
- Light vehicle (LV) mechanics;
- Electromechanics;
- Maintenance and diagnostics of mechanical and electronic equipment.
Category D driving license and passenger FIMO are an advantage.
If you do not yet hold a Category D license and/or FIMO, training may be funded by the company depending on your profile.
Compensation and benefits
- Full-time permanent contract (CDI) – 39 hrs/week;
- Compensation of €2,628.49 gross/month;
