Autocars Just, a passenger transport subsidiary of Groupe Faure Transport, is recruiting an Inside Sales Assistant based in Firminy (42).
Would you like to join a family-owned business and build your career in the passenger transport industry? You will help drive commercial growth and oversee service delivery, working closely with clients, drivers, and various company departments.
Your duties
- Handle customer requests and track quotes through to order confirmation.
- Record and monitor orders.
- Prospect and canvas new clients to expand business operations.
- Gather all necessary information required for smooth service delivery.
- Provide drivers with all essential details needed to carry out their routes under optimal conditions.
- Maintain regular contact with drivers, operations, dispatch, and the quality department.
- Listen actively to all stakeholders to help enhance service quality.
- Break down and analyze pricing components: labor costs, depreciation, running costs, overhead, etc.
- Ensure the seamless execution of services in close collaboration with your supervisor.
- Participate, as needed, in school transport and general passenger transport operations.
Candidate profile
Previous experience of approximately 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
- You hold a high school diploma or a 2-year post-secondary degree, ideally in road freight or passenger transport.
- You possess a solid understanding of the passenger transport sector.
- Knowledge of social and European regulations applicable to passenger transport would be a distinct advantage.
- You are proficient in the Office Suite tools.
- Proficiency with ABC software would be an asset.
- A Category D driver's license and FIMO are not required upon hiring: company-sponsored training may be provided.
Compensation and benefits
- Full-time permanent contract (CDI) – 35 hours per week.
- €2,000 gross/month upon hiring for 35 hours per week.
- Salary increases upon obtaining the Category D license: with 17.33 overtime hours and driving bonuses, earnings can reach up to €2,430.92 gross/month.
