Faure Savoie, a subsidiary of the Faure Transport Group specializing in passenger transit, is recruiting a Passenger Transport Operations Officer to strengthen its teams based in Albertville (73).

Your duties
- Prepare and manage driver schedules
- Monitor and coordinate vehicle and driver assignments
- Handle calls and requests from drivers
- Organise and plan vehicle fleet movements
- Ensure daily monitoring of vehicle downtime and availability
- Issue route sheets for all drivers
- Ensure the monitoring and control of the vehicle fleet
- Oversee transport operations and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Assist in handling unforeseen situations and ensure service continuity
- Ensure compliance with European social regulations (RSE)
Candidate profile
You hold:
- A 2-year higher education degree (Bac+2) or equivalent in management or transport
- A Category D driving license and valid, up-to-date mandatory driving documents
A category D driving licence and up-to-date mandatory driving documents are appreciated. Otherwise, training may be funded and covered by the company.
Knowledge of passenger transport and European social regulations (RSE) would be a real asset.

The position is also open to applicants seeking a work-study program, an apprenticeship, or a professional training contract, particularly as part of an MSTV or equivalent qualification.
Compensation and benefits
- Full-time permanent contract (CDI) – 39 hrs/week;
- Gross monthly salary ranging from €2,285.64 to €2,316.64, depending on candidate profile and role proficiency;
- Salary progression corresponding with role proficiency;
- On-call duty an average of once a month, with an on-call allowance of €270;
